Intake and pre-cleaning

Corn cleaning is commonly done by screening, wind sorting, specific gravity sorting and magnetic sorting.


Tempering

Appropriate moisture content can make the maize cortex have better toughness, and the moderate difference between the moisture content of the cortex and the moisture of the internal structure can reduce the structural strength of the maize cortex and its bonding strength with the internal structure, which can greatly reduce the difficulty of corn peeling and obtain better results. peeling efficiency.


Degerminator

Degermination separates bran, germ and endospermfor flaking and milling. Our grain cleaners gently process the corn, neatly separating the germ,epidermis and endosperm with minimal fines.


Milling

Mainly through a variety of grinding and sieving, step by step scraping, separation and grinding. Maize milling follows the process principle of grinding and sieving one by one.


Further Processing
