Detail
• The hammer mill mainly consists of five parts: rotor, base, upper and lower shells, working door, and transmission device. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed through a coupling, causing the hammer to open. The material entering the crushing chamber is impacted, sheared by the hammer, and gradually crushed by mutual friction between materials and screen plates. The powder smaller than the sieve hole is discharged from the crushing chamber, while the material larger than the sieve hole continues to be crushed until it passes through the sieve hole, thus achieving the purpose of crushing.
